I had been to at least 4 other bike shops before going to Elevations. My experience at the other shops was always disappointing, so I wasn't expecting much from Elevations. The customer service at Elevations completely blew me away. Not only did Jake (assistant manager) take the time to explain things to me, but he also took the time to look at the best deals for other bike parts that I was interested in buying. They were very busy when I went in, so the fact that I never felt hurried to get things done speaks volumes. They now have a customer for life.

I love that the staff is very helpful and does not try to talk you in to a sale. I have to wait until next year for my "dream bike" (I had put in a deposit on one, but got a refund) since I had another large expense come up, and they made that decision/action very easy. I'll see you next year. . .
So appreciate the service I received from the guys at Elevations in downtown Denver. They kept me informed about the estimated time of arrival for the bike I ordered, and when it was built and ready to pick up, let me know. Such a seamless transaction.

Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, and never snooty no matter now novice my questions are. Love the new in Highlands Ranch as it’s got a nice and large service area. Recently a tech helped me with a broken freehub issue abs was able to submit a warranty claim on my behalf. I was so grateful for him to handle all of that for me.
I bought my bike at another shop. I had a warranty problem fixed at that shop. The problem then occurred again. I then asked Trek if I could go to another shop and they suggested you. I was so impressed by your staff. The claim was sent and the part was quickly received and installed. A bonus was I picked it up and I found the bike was washed. Such a different experience from the other shop that would not even help me get the bike out of my car. Thank you. I wish I would have bought an e-bike from you! I will be back and will put a positive review on Yelp. Thanks again!

Okay ... we all have a choice where to spend our hard earned dollars in our community. If you are like me, you buy local and support local businesses wherever possible and Elevation Cycles has my loyalty for my cycling needs. Awesome group of avid cyclists, woman owned/operated and a fun group of dudes. They all know their trade! Come for the tech and fun toys, and stay for the group rides and classes, too. Check them out - totally worth your time.

The sales man that I talked to when I went to pick up my new bike (which happend to be first bike) was not friendly at all. He gave one word answers when I asked questions and didnt seem to want to explain anything to me. I was really excited to get this bike but after two minutes with him, I just wanted to get out of there.
