Great downtown shop where everyone is named John.
Absolute pleasure dealing with the staff at Elevation Cycles. The whole bike buying experience was very professional and fun. Ask for Nadine as she was awesome to deal with. I highly recommend Elevation Cycles for your next bike purchase.
Friendly knowledgeable staff
I spent $700 to learn that my bike was unridable (aka I had to sign a liability waiver from you all that I wouldn't ride my bike).

The turnaround time of basic service and install (ie. brake pads, brake bleed, etc) could be faster. Not a huge deal though.
