Great service and inventory.
Brian who scheduled my appointment was very courteous and helpful. The guy in the shop who took my bike was extremely kind, friendly, and did a great job.
The woman who was at the front of the store when I went to pick up my bike was a real downer. Not good for business. She was impatient, judgemental of the guy trying to check me out and basically had a really bad vibe about her.
Loved the black din the shop.

I had a great experience with getting my full suspension MTB serviced at Elevation. The employee who checked me in gave my bike a quick overview, made some recommendations and it didn't try to upsell unnecessary services.
I got it back quickly, it looks great and now I'll be more confident riding the front range!
Good, but not great, selection of ancillary products (lights, gloves, etc.) for bicycling. Great service techs.

The staff are not only experts but care about customer service. I had a challenging situation with a part breaking unexpectably in service. Kyle went above and beyond to help me find a solution and to get me rolling quickly. Above and beyond from an originally frustrating situation.

Johnathan was super helpful, and got us set up with exactly what we needed for one of us. When we couldn't find something for the other, he was very helpful all the same. We got what we wanted at a reasonable price, and the customer service and integrity were excellent!
The staff at Elevation Cycles (both Jonathan and Scott) were very knowledgeable and helpful in getting the correct part for my bike. This was after many days of search at several other cycling shops. Jonathan and Scott took just a short time to do the research to insure that they had the correct part and then installed it for me on the spot. Great friendly and accurate service!
