Very nice workers and fix my bike up right every-time I go in and always make sure the bike is in tip top shape.
I know all bike places are nice and generally offer great service but this was far and away the best. Each person took time to answer my questions, wasn't worried about making a sale, and it came off as super genuine. I wasn't thrilled to spend as much as I did- not to say prices are unfair, I just wasn't thrilled- but learning about 5 years of tune ups and a check in after 30 days really mitigated that pain. I already have and will definitely continue to recommend Elevation to friends.
Absolutely a great bunch of employees there. I will take my business to Elevation Cycles any time I need a new bike, help or services!

My experience was fantastic.
All of the shops in my area were completely sold out for months. Elevation has the exact model I needed at the perfect time. I was more than willing to drive 2000 miles round trip to take delivery. The shop agreed late Thursday to build my bike immediately so I could pick up first thing Saturday morning. Pick up was flawless. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt. I've patronized many many (too many) bike shops over the years, and I'd rank Elevation at the top. 10/10.

Great service
I had my brakes bled. The front wheel had serious amount of brake rub on the disc brake and the wheel wouldn't spin freely. When I took a look, I noticed the brake rotor bolts were not tightened. I was able to remove both of the bolts with my fingers. They were barely on. This is a big safety risk. Luckily I'm able to troubleshoot the issue on my own and tighten the bolts safely. I was just disappointed that a mechanic would not tighten the bolts down or notice the large amount of brake rub on the front brake.

The folks at Elevation Cycles are incredible! I cracked the frame on my road bike (my fault), and was really bummed about how long it was going to take to replace it, the complexities of changing all the gear, expense, etc... Everyone at Elevation was incredibly helpful and reassuring in helping me find a replacement, working with Trek, and fitting-out the new frame. Trek initially said they would begin manufacturing the frame in two months, with shipments going out after that - somehow Elevation received the new frame a few days after we ordered it, and my bike was changed over and ready to ride by that weekend...!!! No idea how that happened, but I'm so grateful! It's such a pleasure working with Elevation - you can tell everyone there loves what they do, and they are so dedicated to their customers' happiness in riding bikes! What a cool place - wish everyone I knew could have this kind of experience! Thanks Elevation Cycles - you are amazing! Thank you!
