Timely and you get it right, and if there is an issue, no excuses, you just make it right. The staff is incredibly customer-focused, no hard pressure salespeople, and the mechanics explain everything to you.
You weren’t proactive in keeping me informed on the delivery of my Trek ebike ordered in October for delivery in March ... no April 26 ... no June 26. Very disappointing. I canceled. Had also talked to you about a bike rack, helmet, seat and handlebar swap out and other accessories. That’s obviously not happening either.
