friendly staff
Staff was friendly and the cost to fix our bikes was low.
Honestly, it’s like most male dominated shops- coming in as a woman every time I’ve been spoken to as if I couldn’t possibly understand anything to do with any kind of cycling. I know what kind of bike I ride in the scope of bikes and I know my ability in the realm of cyclists- I’m not sure why those things changes the way I’m treated when trying to get a basic repair sorted or buy a helmet.
Appreciated the fast turnaround, and also the notifications when my bike was done. Friendly staff as well.

The bike works quite well after the work done. There was a slight lack of attention to detail, for instance the water bottle holder was out back upside down and the steering wasn't straight
Always get great service. They recommend I try the Continental 5000 tires on my road bike. Great move... love the new tires.

Be the best bike shop in the world and offer free pedals with bikes over $2000!! It just blows my mind that you can’t or won’t offer something like that even on high end bikes.
