Super-friendly staff (shout out to Brandt) who know exactly what you need to get on the trails. The staff is always willing to talk through the problems and work on the solutions. We don’t go anywhere else.

I went in to get fitted on a used road bike with Gabe. I had never been fitted for a bike before and Gabe took the time to educate me on the process and why the various checks and adjustments are done. I now feel I can go out and ride, and determine if any additional adjustments need to be made, so that my rides are more comfortable, efficient and keep me away from injury.
The Service department was also great. Curtis gave my bike a courtesy check, made some recommendations and I feel much better about the used bike I bought. I made an appointment to bring the bike back for a tune and to get a new chain.
This shop has a very knowledgeable and personable team that puts in the extra effort to ensure you are good with everything you came in for, and more.

It was my first time in the store, and I am pleased with the customer service! Sam helped me get clips & pedals for my bike. He installed the clips on my shoes and said I should bring my bike (since I didn't have it with me) and he'd get the pedals on for me. Great customer service, and friendly staff! I'll be back!

I felt that I was valued as customer from the second that I pulled up tp the Ash St location. I was met at my car with an offer to assist carrying my bike into the shop.
Curtis was very courteous and professional in his demeanor.

Ordedred 2 e-bikes from online stock for later pickup. Bikes were ready when scheduled.. Good store inventory - added hitch carrier rack, kickstands, bottle baskets and helmet. Very knowledgeable, frindly staff. Excellent orientation to bikes. Recommend highly.

The service was awesome. Joey was great and then a very helpful man helping me buy a seat was so helpful too. Just moved to Parker and the service here is some of the best service I’ve had!!

It was super quick.
The employees at Elevation Cycles saved me a TON of money by showing me a capability that I didn't know my son's bike had. They also replaced a tire immediately on a Sunday when they had tons of bikes to work on. Took them less than 10 minutes. Incredible service.
Fixed my tire and adjusted my seat while I waited. I was really expecting to have to leave my bike there.
Another associate (can't remember his name) spent time with me discussing other bikes and let me take one on a short test ride.
