Great customer service! It’s my go to place for my bike repairs and tune ups.
The first service rep who worked on my bike was amazing. Knowledgeable and very efficient. The second service rep must have been a novice. I asked him to adjust my bike a certain way, he said no problem. I should have checked the bike before leaving the shop. When I got home I realized it wasn't adjusted the way I asked to have it set so I will do it myself when I have time. Fortunately I did ask how to do the adjustment before leaving the shop.
