When I got my bikes back, the red one still had an deflated front tire. I would assume that inflating tires would be a standard service you perform with a tuneup. And I had 2 bikes tuned.
Literally the only friendly bike shop I’ve been to in the metro area.
Hi there, online ordering and time to pick up were fantastic. However, when I walked into your store, the two young guys at the front counter were deep into some sort of social conversation and did not acknowledge me for what felt like 5 minutes despite seeing me and then returning to their conversation. Eventually, a woman came out from the back of the shop and asked if I needed help, and promptly helped me pickup my order. She was great. Based on that experience, I may come back if I need something in a pinch, but otherwise, in a city with so many bicycle shops, I don't think that kind of front desk customer touch (lack therof) should be rewarded.

Elevation Cycles really 'healed' my bike. I moved here from California, and had a lot of rust throughout the bike. They replaced the brakes, while also doing a tune-up, and cleaning it up a bit. The bike is running great!
Don was AMAZING! He introduced himself right away and provided great advice for my needs on a new helmet & gloves for me. Great service.
Nobody was available to fit me to the new bike I purchased. Was suggested that I go to another Elevation store. I am from Colorado Springs and didn’t have the time to go to the other store. I was very disappointed.

Great on the spot mechanic work, Brant always takes great care of my bike. They only recommend what you really need and do it right. Turnaround on bigger repairs is quick as well.

Elevation Cycles rules. I have a steel drop bar back and came to Kyle and asked how we can make an Eagle upgrade work. Within days he figured out how to make it work and even priced it all out which I know can take a lot of time. I got an email notification about a week later saying the work was completed which was a lot faster than I thought it would be. When I came in to pick it up and saw it for the first time I got complements from everyone in the shop which turned my stoke level to 100. I rode the bike immediately and she shifts like a darn dream. Elevation Cycles IS the best bike shop in Parker.

While i give the shop and it's employees a 10 i do have one minor criticism.
when i purchased my bike in 2019 I was told i have 5 years of free tune ups. Last May i went in and got my free tune up. This last week i took by bike in and was told that the free tune ups needed to be done in the off season. One rep told me November-March, when i picked my bike up the other rep told me November-Febuary. Is this a new practice? What is the window for the free tune up? I'm not looking for a refund by any means but i do think that this should be transparent when the free tune ups are offered. And more importantly the employees should know when the window for free tune ups is.
Again I will always support this shop and I am grateful for the service it provides.

You always go out of your way to give great service. You managed to find a derailleur and got it installed so I hardly lost any time for cycling!

You guys always handle things quickly and efficiently. When there was an extra part needed, you went the extra mile to get things fixed and running quickly. I tell everyone about Elevation and laugh at anyone who rides a Trek and doesn't take it to you. Keep it up!
