Friendly and very knowledgeable staff.
Ian went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we wanted for our two very small adult bikes. Even making some component modifications to get things just right. We will always take our bike to the knowledgeable and friendly mechanics at Elevation Cycles!

Bike looked great from whoever serviced it. Both times the people at the front were just awkward and uncomfortable. The first visit was the worst. Just a what do you want attitude and why are you hear bothering us. Even when asking about new bikes I was interested in.
Lucas was awesome. I went to the Highlands Ranch location to get a Trek Marlin for my wife, and as I was paying for it, he suggested that I take a look at Trek Fuel (for me) he had in stock. I picked it up the next day. Whitney was great as well. They both did a fantastic job and I look forward to coming back for my next bike. Have already shared my experience with others.
Make sure the seat is the right height and explain that it is not quick-release adjustable. Explain how the gear shifting works. My last bike's gear shift mechanism was completely different and intuitive. I assumed the new one would be intuitive and it's not. Just did a 10 mile ride yesterday and I still don't know what I'm doing.

The staff are so courteous and helpful. I've been in some bike stores and if you're not a pro and know all the "bike" lingo you're pretty much dismissed. At Elevation it is clear that everyone from the child who's picking out their first bike to the pro, all treated the same and that feels good.

The crew at Elevation Denver are the best. Extremely prompt service. Very knowledgeable, and super friendly. This is one of the best bike shops I've ever used.
1. You had the bike that I wanted in stock: Trek Checkpoint SL7.
2. Whitney Tabaian spent a lot of time explaining the unique features and functions of the bike. After my test ride she helped me select my accessories: pedals, gear bag, replacement tubes, and a Garmin Edge 830. She also assisted me in reserving a second bike (Trek Checkpoint SL 5) for purchase once it arrives in December. Although the store was busy on Saturday, she never made me feel like she didn't have time to help me.
Elevation carries a good mix of products. But more importantly, their service area is great - responsive, effective and friendly too.

The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They let me know what was wrong with my bike and even came out to see my bike before selling me a clamp to make sure it would fit. More remarkably they looked at the clamp on the bike that I thought was broken, adjusted it and reinstalled it for no charge. I happily bought a couple items from the store and will return again.
