Communication would be best when there is a delay in repairs being on the date scheduled. I called when I hadn't heard of the repairs being completed ( Wednesday June 30) , asked if someone could call later that Thursday and my Wife would pick it up. I received to call, and actually was leaving for a hike on Friday July 2, around 11:00 that work was completed.
The work done was great, and I understand delays, but a little communication would be appreciated.

Took my wife’s old bike in to have a tuneup They could have easily thrown the works at it and charged a lot. Instead they looked it over and said it just needed a basic tune up. The folks were very nice and helpful.

Are you have a couple of salesman that I really like the really helpful sorry don't know their names mountain bike guys anyways the only downside is right now it's hard to get any bikes that's not really your fault
Every time I've been in the shop I've been impressed with the reps' ability to provide the perfect combination of knowledge, service and coaching on every topic I've brought up
Service was great, quick (24 hours) and the results from tuning the wheels and adjustments made my bike much more fun to ride. Consequently, I returned for new peddles and a fork upgrade! Very satisfied.
Good mechanics
I was having issues with the gears shifting on my bike, so I brought it in for a tune up. The wait was several weeks out. The technician (Joey) made an appointment for me to bring my bike in for a tune up a few weeks later, and he also made some minor adjustments so the gears would shift properly in the interim. I was extremely pleased with the service. The tune up was finished the same day I brought in the bike. She's beautiful and rides like new! Elevation Cycles is hands down the best bike shop I've been to.
