Customer service was excellent! I was interested in the Trek Marlin 4. The saleswoman Whitney was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was allowed to test drive the bike in the parking lot. After I bought the bike, Whitney showed me how to take off the front tire and the best way to load it into my car. Great experience buying a bike. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Also, they informed me about servicing the bike in the future. Great experience!

When I picked up my bike from a tune up, no one talked to me about what was done and I didn't get any details. The bike wasn't clean (overspray from some type of chemical was all over the brake handle and shifter. The rear brake adjustment was loose. The chain was clean and looked good. The vibe of the shop was also very sterile and awkward (play some music or have people friendly that want to talk).
Always great service and reasonable prices. I've bought multiple bikes here and had multiple bikes serviced, including my recumbent.
