My wife bought my bike from Elevation, as a birthday gift. I always get both of our bikes serviced there, and most of our riding products. Co-owner Philip’s wife worked with Connie for years. Always great service there, and helpful, friendly people ... and their dogs.
I scheduled 2 tune ups for 2 bikes we purchased there. I got COVID and had to cancel but got another appt in March. When I went to pick the bikes up I was informed that I was outside the FREE window. I felt that I should have been notified that we would be charged. I would have only brought one bike in since the other one was ridden once.
I know we're in COVID times. And I know it's hard to staff right now. I have two small businesses of my own. It was my first visit to Elevation and for quite a long time, I felt completely ignored as I waited at the front desk. I didn't even know if I was in the right place to pick up my online order, but the sales people wouldn't even make eye contact with me to let me know they'd be with me as soon as they could, or give me a chance to quickly make sure I was in the correct line. Service didn't seem busy at the moment and I saw two terminals, so thought maybe they could check me out. I walked towards them and I got a curt, "It's going to be a few minutes man." I felt scolded. I replied that I wasn't sure if I was in the right place or not - the one guy didn't even acknowledge my comment/question, but the other gentleman did politely say, "Yes sir, you need the front desk". At least then I knew I was in the right place. And at that point, the lady at the front did acknowledge me at least - I think she saw that I was just looking for a little direction. My total wait time was right at about 20 minutes - this was after I had just driven 50 miles to get to your store. I would just say don't completely ignore someone who's waiting - a simple, "We'll be with you just as soon as we can sir" would go a long way. As it was, I felt de-valued. A bad first experience at Elevation.
Team was friendly, fast, and knowledgeable
They were really helpful and explained in detail the service my bike required. They also helped me find the other items I was looking for. Very knowledgeable and easy to work with.
Awesome staff. They’re incredibly knowledgable, not pushy and very patient.
Your staff always takes good care of me. One piece of constructive criticism is that they aren't great at follow up on items. For instance I am waiting to hear back on their ideas for good wheel sets for me. They've gone radio silent and I am now working with a custom wheel builder because of it.

I love Elevation! My husband and I have been regulars for several years. The employees are friendly, knowledgable and know our names, which is awesome! We've had our bikes serviced here, done a few educational clinics and we just bought our first new bike through them. I'd highly recommend their shop!

The staff at Elevation Cycles was incredibly helpful and not pushy at all with sales. It was a great experience. Will be returning to buy other things from them for the bike and continued maintenance service.
The service at Elevation Cycles was superb! The staff made me feel welcome and didn’t make me feel rushed even though they had people waiting outside. My bike is an old Maverick and other shops around wouldn’t help because they didn’t have parts. So thank you for getting it rideable and looking great too! I will definitely be a return customer.
