Went in past the date for my yearly tuneup and the tech took care of it on the spot. My bike didn't need anything besides some air in the tires but I really appreciated the on-the-spot service.

Had my bike tuned and cleaned - overall pretty good, except maybe I had high expectations of what "cleaning" entailed, but found dust under the seat. However, to be fair, the gears and all working parts looked cleaned and in shape, including tires. Again, maybe I had unreasonable expectations. I thought the bike would come out crystal clean. I'm not a bike expert and haven't had the bike tuned in a super long time, so maybe it's not a big deal. The other part that made me give this a medium rating is that no one offered to help me load my bike in my car. I know I could have asked for help and maybe there is a policy to not help customers, due to liability issues, but I was parked right outside where I thought someone would see me struggling to get my bike in my car and no one came out to ask. The store was not busy at the time. Again, I could have asked for help, so this is probably more on me than anything. I guess for $100, an offer to help would have been nice. So, due to locality and price, I would return again and next time, will be a bit more assertive asking for help.
Excellent service and extremely friendly
The staff was super friendly and made time for my service without an appointment. They also checked some torques to ensure my bike was safe to ride. They found a relatively loose fastener that would’ve made for a dangerous ride. Definitely plan on returning, and definitely plan on recommending.
Great service good prices just maybe little better on cleaning of bike . All in all did great
Both people were very friendly and helpful with making the right choice on pedals for my new bike. More so than Bile Source, even after spending $5K with them. Unfortunately, Elevations did not have the SB115 model in stock so I settled with another store.
