An Elevation sales person met me at the door and quickly found the accessories I wanted. I was back on my bike within a couple of minutes.
Everyone is extremely friendly. The store is very clean and well stocked. Dylan did a great job working on my Salsa Bucksaw and guiding me through my parts selection. Dylan is trying to help me get a refund for my defective Surly Nate fat tires. I like this shop a lot and would recommend it to anyone. I got my girlfriend to go there too.

Customer service was fantastic. Very helpful as I bought an accessory for my gravel bike, and they installed me super quick. Always helpful and I find them to go out of their way to help, they are knowledgeable and super professional. Thank you as always!!!

Don and Alec and the other employees were very knowledgeable and helpful in getting my twins new bikes. Very kind and patient with my kiddos and even helped load them up.
I love that I was able to bring in my newly worked on bike and they could make a quick fix to the shifter. They had a nice variety of bells for my daughters bike.
