Store pick up was fast. Customer service was great with the follow up after the credit card did not work after a store fraud upgrade. Was contacted to try again. Nice touch. Thank you

These guys are the only bike shop I will ever work with out here in Colorado. Not only are they experts in all types of bicycles, they have helped me build 2 complete custom bikes. My BMX is now in the BMX hall of fame and my new 1961 Schwinn Cruiser will be completed by them also. They are extremely patient, helpful and are the coolest group of guys.....take it from me, if you have not been in to visit, go in and check them out for yourselves and I know you will love them.

The Service mechanics were knowledgeable and up front with me and did not try to sell me more than what I came in for. I had a Great experience with Elevation Cycles.
You are limiting customers in your store for no real reason. Everyone is wearing masks and I’m around just as many people in the grocery store, but they aren’t limiting customers. So I felt very rushed to make a purchase and very rushed to leave the store. The person helping me was very distracted and I didn’t seem to be a priority at all.
The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They were more than willing to answer all of my questions and eager to help me with my needs.
The employees from all departments were very friendly and knowledgeable. This was my first experience with the service team and was impressed with the work that they did. Labor prices were acceptable and they turned my bike around before the estimated due date. I will definitely be back! Thank you!!

I was very impressed with how committed Joe was in giving me guidance. Even though his expertise was clear, he still was incredibly humble and approachable. I was going to go to a competitor but because of Joe I am fully invested in supporting elevation cycles.

This was my first time at Elevation Cycles and was very impressed. I was a little hesitant as I have had issues with bike shops that had multiple locations and them feeling like a big corporate department store. But this shop felt just like the mom and pop shop I used to work at. I didn't catch the name of the guy that helped me but he was very knowledgeable and I genuinely felt as though he was there to help me find the best resolution to my problem as if he were working on his own bike rather than just another customer. Awesome first impression from this shop and it is now the only bike shop I will use.

I didn't get to browse the aisles for short of time. I like the help from the sales rep because I was in a hurry and know what I wanted. I didn't know about the limited customers allowed at a time. I waited for about 5 minutes and was ready to leave since I was in a hurry.
