Ordered 2 bikes in October, was told they’d be here March and may. Went in December to see if we can get an update and was told next December! They were not helpful.

I was pleased with the service for the most part, and the service done to my bike was very affordable, so I'll keep coming back. Also, the mechanic I talked to did explain what the problem was and how to avoid it in the future, so that was good. However, the mechanic was a bit too matter of fact, perhaps a bit cold. The bike is my first road bike, so I am still learning new things about it. What might be trivial to the mechanic is absolutely novel to me. Also, I figured they were busy and tired, and another ignorant rider who watches too many youtube videos with a pinch flat is the last thing they need. Still, I'll keep coming by because it is close to my house and it is affordable, which is what I appreciate.
When I bought two bikes almost two years ago I was told it came with 5 years worth of free tunes. I specifically remember being told you can bring the bikes in during the off season and something like it’s just not during the summer months. When I brought the bikes in on 3/6 I was told I was now outside the free tune window. I do find that to be very poor customer service. I’m 6 days outside the new window I’m now being told about on that day. I was offered half price on the tunes which I did not take. I think you have probably been very busy this year with Covid and now had to be more firm on your timeframes. It’s just simply not how it was told to me when I bought the bikes.
I love how honest you are, don’t “sell” but consult to my needs of a bike.
I also appreciate the customer service of a honoring a price tag that was wrong(cheaper) and not having the customer pay for the mistake.
Also love the warranty and free tune up services one time per year for the next 5 years since purchase.
Highly recommend and would easily buy another bike again from them!

I like the service and the people. I know we are in a bike shortage in the Denver metro area so I had to purchase way out my normal area but if I have friends buying in the Denver area I would recommend them.
