My bike received a tune up and now the gears don’t work. I’m not sure what to say to help improve the bike shop other than to be more attentive to the task at hand.
Mechanic missed that I had 10 speed, not 11, and therefore his recommendations were incorrect. Plus you did not have parts needed to complete the repair so I was forced to order online which I do not normally do. All in all, I may return if circumstances require I do so

Everyone at Elevation Cycles in Parker was very friendly and helpful. The process of dropping my bike off for service and picking it up was smooth and efficient, and my bike looks great! I am planning on dropping more bikes off for tune-ups in the near future, and would definitely recommend Elevation Cycles!

As a first time bike purchaser I was definitely impressed with how Zachary did a great job of explaining the differences between the two bikes I was interested in, (which I knew what bike I was going to be leaving with beforehand) but it was still refreshing for someone with a lot more knowledge explain the differences and explain them in detail. I was also very pleased with how he took the time to help me figure out which bike size would fit my body type, I wasn’t exactly sure on my size I needed but after getting help from Zachary, I was 100% confident in my bike we picked out. Definitely happy with my purchase and 10/10 would recommend.

I wish you had a bigger inventory of women's cycling clothing that included brands like Castilli, Pactimo and Pearl Izumi. It seems like all you carry is Yeti labled clothing and so I rarely ever buy clothing from the shop, although I think I would if you had a better selection.
The repair shop is great, I have always felt like the mechanics are helpful and don't try to upsell, which I appreciate.

I really like the service at this store. I just got trek marlin 6 every perfect except I think if they offer me a solution for lowering my seat position than how low I could go right now would be 5 star service and product.
