I always get good guidance on mechanical issues with my road and triathlon bike. In particular for the most recent tune up, Steve trouble shot options to fix a seat post that was sliding down. He gave me different options and timelines for the fix and communicated well.
I also like the vibe in the Rocky River shop. It's a great place to visit even when I don't have an issue with my bike...new remodel looks good also!
