Eddy's Bike Shop is convenient, and the staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are higher than expected, but it's one of the only bike shops in the area
Tom helped me walk through the process and education of bikes (they have really changed since my last bike purchase 20 years ago ...) and which one would be best suited to my needs (i.e., biking with friends, average 20 miles over various terrain, mostly paved roads, at 13 mph). He was very knowledgeable and spent over an hour discussing the bikes and accessories (e.g., helmets, lights, locks, etc.). I purchased a 2026 Trek Verve 3, which met my needs and price point. They carry a wide selection of manufacturers and bikes, including eBikes. Tom's knowledge and concern for me and my riding experience made the trip from Olmsted Township worthwhile!

My salesman was excellent. He took his time and looked up information to make sure I had the right products. He is younger, thin, dark hair (I forget his name). Friendly and patient with me the whole time. Very nice young man. I can tell he is an asset to the shop. The shop is very nice, clean, ton of bikes and accessories. Great experience.

Great experience buying bikes at Eddy’s! Frank was very helpful and patient throughout the process. He explained the options clearly and helped us choose the right bikes for our needs.
