We were looking for a full suspension mountain bike for my wife. They had a great bike for my wife and they set it up for her. She also had questions about her bike since this was her first full suspension bike. They were very helpful in anwsering her questions.Their prices and inventory were great. We drove 3 hours to their shop. It was well worth the trip. We even purchased a bike for my son while we were there.

Ian and Craig at the Eddy's in North Olmsted were so helpful. My "Specialized" e-bike crumped out on one of my rides, and they patiently worked through the problem by calling Specialized and then performing the necessary repairs as suggested by the company. Because I had bought the bike at an Eddy's three years prior, they didn't charge me for any of their time. I'm also grateful that Eddy's employees are graciously willing to load and unload my bike each time!

I also recently scanned store women’s e-bike inventory but only one bike fit my criteria but I wasn’t crazy about the color pink! I know it’s the end of the season and inventory will pick up early next year.
