Needed a new tube in my tire and a new speed and distance meter installed. Chris was great and was able to make it happen while I waited. Was Chris and Zack in the service department despite my imposition on time, made me very welcome. It is appreciated that they were accommodating to my need.
Love the big selection and the help and explaining each bike for what purpose style riding.
Another excellent experience with the Eddy's team. The fixed my broken derailleur cable in a week, despite the projected 4 week turnaround time. This allowed me to maintain my training regimen with a minimum of disruption and be ready to complete several scheduled rides. My only nit was that my seatpost was not returned to the original position after it was raised to put into the repair stand. Thanks Eddy's!!!

Staff were incredibly responsive; I came in with a flat in my rear tire and they immediately fixed it and I was gone in 20 minutes! Can’t beat that service!
