The people working at the Willoughby store. Particularly Steve the mechanic technician. Steve is very thorough and prompt. Steve prepped my bike last year and with the exception of one flat tire I had zero issues with it. My bike has Shimano Di2 and Steve did the original set up a while back.
My adult biking began in about 1977, and now I am 78 years old. Since then, I have touched base with many bike shops on Cleveland's eastside, including several on the westside. My finding is that, hands down, Eddy's on Bishop Road is THE best; I tell everyone I come across, whether new or experienced bikers, this truth. Eddy's on Bishop Road is the bike store you can trust for workmanship, upfront estimates at a fair price, period.
