Service tech Craig seems very knowledgeable. Drew managed a warranty item on or Trek ebikes so our broken fender was covered. Some of the sales people answering the phone or questions in the store could be trained better on customer service, professionalism and follow through with messages left with them.

Been buying bikes, tires, accessories etc for over 12 years. The people are great and so is the selection of everything I’ve ever needed. A quick drop in to have my tires checked recently after picking up something I have never seen before on the tires was taken care of quickly.
