I have ridden a bicycle for over 60 years, by far the best service from start to finish ever. I return my bicycle every year for maintenance,and as always the guys are right on top of everything! The best .
Bought a new Trek bike (my second) from Eddy's in Stow. Totally satisfied in every respect. Worked with Chris who walked me through all the specifics of the bike and how it would meet my needs (I don't try to set records these days--I just log lot's of miles to stay in shape). Helped me select bags, rechargeable air pump, front & rear light set. And when I asked about lubricating the chain he showed me what the shop recommends. I highly recommend Eddy's. In the age of mail-order, it is so refreshing to go to a brick and mortar store filled with anything you can possibly want for your biking needs.
We trust Eddy’s & really like the staff! They are always helpful & they truly love bike riding. Always very comfortable shop. We lived the shop in Peninsula but also live the shop in Stow!

Having a lot of experience over my many years of working closely with bike shops, you guys are possible the greatest I have ever worked with. Great people, great knowledge, large product selection of high quality product. And when you don't have the product in your catalog, you will order it (XTR Enduro PD-M9220 Pedals)

My experience at Eddie’s Bike Shop was fantastic. I drive about an hour to get there, hoping for a better customer experience than my local shop—and that’s exactly what I got. Jackson made all the difference. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure I found the right bike. He’s ultimately the reason I made the purchase. I’ll continue buying from Eddie’s in the future because of Jackson and the experience he created.

This was my first visit to the Akron shop. (I was a long-time patron of the Century Cycles shop in Medina.) I was just in to buy a new tube, but was impressed by the shop and enjoyed talking with the people there. Look forward to getting back later in the Spring.
