This was my first visit to the Akron shop. (I was a long-time patron of the Century Cycles shop in Medina.) I was just in to buy a new tube, but was impressed by the shop and enjoyed talking with the people there. Look forward to getting back later in the Spring.

krista was very pleasant and patient helping me pick out my first bike! she was also very helpful in getting me the things i needed to ride it home that day, like a helmet, a lock, kick stand, and mirror. she made the whole process feel way less intimidating than i thought it was going to be. she was also very patient with me while i used a bunch of personal gift cards i had that i wanted to use. there was a small over charge in my order that the shop discovered hours after i got home. Krista called me to let me know about it - I really appreciate her honesty.

Large selection and quality.
I am in the process of buying gear and a mountain bike from Eddy's Stow. The staff there is wonderful and very helpful. I've been going there weekly to buy gear I am going to need before I buy my bike from them in two weeks. I have been ordering parts online on the website and picking them up in store. The advice and help I have received making my decisions has been extremely helpful and I'm truly looking forward to them being my regular shop. Shout out Mac and Triston for all of their help and their chats. Will be a customer of Eddy's as long as they stay open.
Eddy's always has spare parts I need. Everything they sell is of the highest quality. The people at Eddy's are knowledgeable and very courteous. Customer service is the best.
Very friendly and helpful. I had a flat and couldn't get the tire off the rim but your guys did it in seconds. Also replaced a tube I brought in that turned out to be useless. That tube had been in my saddle bag for emergencies.

The staff at Eddy’s Bike Shop in Stow is so friendly and helpful to cyclists of all stages. I’m a beginner cyclist. George set me up with a Wahoo! indoor trainer and I use it along with Zwift app as part of my workout routine. George took the time to explain to me the setup for the indoor trainer and how to use it along with the app.
Eddys has been there for me throughout my cycling journey. My next step is to get a bike rack, which I plan to buy from Eddys as well.

The entire store was helpful. From the young gentleman in parts that answered all my questions about changing a tire, to the guy that helped make sure I bought the right kickstand, to all the guys at the front desk that answered every question my eleven year old asked (and he asked a lot of questions!). Just a great experience.
