The staff at Eddy’s Rocky River store are knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. The store is organized and clean. The customer service is top notch. They are professional yet down-to-earth. They help you make the best choice possible for whatever you need.
My 2018 Trek Slash 9.7 had a severely dented rear wheel and sliced tire. They found the perfect match for both. They quoted a price which I payed when ordering. They mounted the tubeless tire and gave me a refund of $32 because some of the parts came with the wheel. I am verry pleased with their friendliness and integrity.
The service was more than what I expected. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I was highly satisfied with my purchase.
The people at Eddy's help me sort through the many options when choosing an e-bike. Although there are many online choices, I felt most comfortable getting in person help and fitting. I like that I can get future service and a tune up after a year included with the purchase price.

Century Cycles Rocky River was my go-to bike shop for 20 Years. I started going there because they had the tandem we liked in stock. They gave good service and were always good about communicating if they found problems with the bike. Sometimes it seemed like they might have been overstaffed. You would know better than me what led to them selling out to Eddy’s.
One way in which they were far superior to Eddy’s, in my opinion, was in not charging you until after they completed the work, rather than before doing the work. Would you pay for an estimate on your car repair before it’s started? Century Cycles never lost any money from me when they repaired my bikes and collected after the work was done. I find the Eddy’s policy annoying and insulting.
Chris was of amazing help and so knowledgeable. Too time to guide me through the process. Knew my budget and recommended a bike that was below my budget.
I went in once to ask questions and the next to purchase an e-bike for my son. I was fortunate to deal with the same associate both times because he knew what I was looking for and my concerns and answered any questions or concerns my son had as well. Helped us find a helmet my son liked and lights for the bike. I loved all the different options we had to choose from and the time the staff took with us we never felt rushed.

Eddy's has always been a staple in our community. I've been buying from Eddy's since I was a kid. It's a much better experience than going to a big box store. You know the quality of the bikes they sell are much higher than what you would get at one of the other places. We visited this past weekend to get a bike for my son for his birthday. Our sales rep Chris was more than helpful and answered all of my questions.

Craig checked out the bike and did a great job of estimating what it would cost for the tuneup, etc. Craig was there when I picked it up 24 hours later and Joe helped me easily drop off the front tire and put it in the back of my car. Great service and with smiles. Thanks I know that I’ll be back. I bought my bike at Eddie’s in North Olmsted and will continue servicing my bike in the same location.
