Great customer service at Eddy’s in Stow. We purchased two Trek Verve 1 bicycles and a Kuat hitch rack (Sherpa 2.0). Eddy’s worked with us after purchase to resolve some issues we were having with the bike rack. Service is great. A bit pricey, but I am poor, ha. I did bring a bike that I would’ve liked to know if they’d offer anything for towards a used bike and would’ve been interested in a rental bike while mine was being serviced. Things I didn’t think to ask about but might be good for your people to mention to future customers.
We went in to shop around for a bike for our son, and Alex was super knowledgeable and helpful and especially patient with us. It’s because of this kind of customer service that we decided to purchase with Eddie’s and will continue to shop there. It really does make a big difference working with someone who’s kind knowledgeable and wants to help.

The Manager.. Chris took great care of me with installation and synchronization of the batteries. It took less than an hour. And I was on the road to do a 30 mile ride.

I brought my bike in to have a flat tire fixed. I asked the associate to give my bike a once over to let me know if there were any other issues since my daughter would be using it on a bike trip. He installed my tire and looked over my bike pretty quickly.
