It's because you and your staff treat everyone like family.There is some good natured ribbing,a few jokes thrown in and a world of knowledge shared.I come back to visit to A.) utilize your services,B.) See my old friends and meet some new ones and C.) Find out whats new in the biking world. I can always count on a current update. Thanks For being one of my favorite places to stop in at.

Super helpful - Nick at North Olmsted and John and Tim at Akron store. I love my new bike. I drove from one store to the other to try a different size and came in 40 mins before closing the day before a holiday. Test ride 3 different bikes and they weren’t quite right. I was super disappointed that I wouldn’t have a bike for the 4th of july holiday but as I described to John the configuration of my road bike fitting he had an idea and it was perfect! They didn’t rush me out of the store even though we were right at or just past closing time. They let me do one last test ride and that was my bike! I just came back from over and hour ride to the path and path along the lake. We’re going out again later with my dog and dog trailer in it. It’s perfect. Thank you guys so much for your help.

Very nice people. Was greeted and asked if we needed help. I just wanted to look around. That was my first time in the store. I found a nice helmet and they also put a kickstand on my bicycle for me. I will definitely be back again.
