Excellent customer service! Every staff member we encountered was genuinely friendly and very sweet with my son who was so excited to get his bicycle fixed. We were in and out very quickly and cost was less than expected. Overall great experience!

Came in with what I thought was a bigger and more expensive issue. They were truthful and showed me the issue. Fixed it on the spot and cost was significantly less then expected. Didn’t try to cheat lie or upsell. Very respectful and commendable. Very friendly.
