My wife and I purchased 2 Trek e-bikes which we have been very happy with.
Recently my Verve 3 has had 2 spokes break in a 2 week period out of nowhere while riding slow on smooth streets.
I took them in to be replaced, which they did a good job. The only thing I'm disappointed in is nobody gives me any info as to why or tips as how to prevent. Now I'm leery of taking the bike on a distance ride not knowing when this is going to happen again.
I did have 2 flat tires in a couple week period as well...which the tire had glass in and needed replaced along with the intertube. A week later it went flat again and was told the intertube they previously installed was faulty and replaced at no charge that time.

Hey guys, you need more sales staff like Josh! He is really good. He immediately acknowledge me when I walked into the store, and said I will be right you, and he was. able to diagnose the problem quickly. Moreover, he took the time to show me the part that was defective. The day I came in was a Sunday, and the store was very busy. He guaranteed he would fix my bike that day, but not on the spot. He called me at home later in the day to tell me my bike was fixed. As I went for a ride as soon as i got home. The bike shifted like it was new,
