I like how Eddy's Bike Shop is still able to have a pretty well stocked store, even during these strange Covid times when it is hard to find a lot of the things we need to keep riding the way we want to. I was able to find a new Garmin GPS unit for my bike. The staff was very helpful in helping me to understand the features of the unit, which I ended up buying and were very courteous and knowledgeable.

The staff at the Stow store are very knowledgeable about their products and offer a lot of good advice and options. This location displays a lot of bikes and accrsy. If you have a vendor issue, they offer to contact the reps and follow-up with solutions. They have taken care of simple maintenance issues on the spot if they are not slammed with customers and I have appreciated their time. I am getting back into cycling at age 62 and they treat me with such kindness and encouragement… one of their associates (Chris) said “you don’t have to be a competitive athlete, just get out and have fun!” … that meant a lot to me.
The customer service was fantastic! From the first phone call to Josh to the check out process was great. The store was very clean and organized with a wide variety of inventory. We will be making the hour drive for bikes in the future and for service!

I had a very good experience buying my bicycle, the person that waited on me was very professional and helpful.
I am 70 years young and he fitted me with a perfect bicycle. I love it. I toke home and rode 25 miles my first day.
I do need to bring it back and have my handle bar adjusted and add a bell and speedometer sometime soon.
