Many choices and attentive service
I always recommend Eddy's. I came in for a bike fitting and brought a friend who need the same service for his new bike. I sent another freind for a fitting two weeks ago. If you spend spend any extended time on your bike, get a fitting at Eddy's. They know what they're doing and you'll have it for the life of the bike.

Very professional and helpful. I bought new bike and had it 4 days and the back brake went out I took it back and they called me and said they were giving me a new bicycle so the next day I went and picked it up alls well. Not sure why they had to give me a new bike but they sure made me happy with the decision they made.

Good selection of higher end e-bikes. Excellent service from Brandan, Evan and Josh. I visited a few times before I purchased a Specialized Vado and appreciated the time the team took to help me understand how to view an ebike versus a standard road bike. The selection criteria are very different, and they took the time to explain it to me..

Customer service was awesome! Frank did a great job explaining to me the ends/outs of bike selection. Took my new bike (Trek Verve2) on a 28 mile ride on Friday and it was perfect!
Brought my bike in for a clicking sound coming from the drive train. The tech knew right away that I had a bent derailler hanger. Excellent service deptartment. Quick service too. They only had it a few days. And I know this is a busy time for them.. No sounds coming from it now. Very happy with the service.
