Everything went very smoothly on my purchase. Nice salesman nice mechanic nice bike. Only thing that I disliked was paying for the disposal of the battery or whatever that charge was for and a very hefty charge at that should’ve been figured in with the sale of the bike. That when I came to pick up the bike and be hit with another charge, not mentioned.😩
The team members are very helpful and know what there doing As 15 year old I felt that they would cheat me a couple bucks like other stores they gave my a cheap price and we’re very very happy and nice I love this shop and will recommend it to anyone who wants to buy or fix a bike

Fantastic follow through and communication. I brought my wife's Triathlon bike and some new Shimano parts in for service and one of the parts had an issue that seemed to stem from Shimano. They could have easily said they can't do the repair and had me address the issue with Shimano myself since I didn't buy the part from them. However, they put a warranty claim in, got the new part and performed the service. Excellent Customer Service and Steven was fantastic.

My wife and I decided to start riding bikes for low impact exercise. We both have not ridden since our late teen's, and are now in our early 60's. See the problem? Bikes have changed some what, have gotten more costly, and many more choices than Schwinn, Huffy, and Royce Union. Looked at used. That didn't make sense. Checked out a few other bicycle shops. They were nice and polite but a couple seemed like we were going to have to pry info from them. Went to Eddie's, met Tom Cartwright, he spent some time understanding our wants and needs. Showed us a few Trek bikes. Then showed us a few Treks that were on sale with a manufacture promotion. We were pleasantly surprised at how much bike we could get for our money. Picked colors, done deal. Everyone we had contact with was very accommodating. Tom used no pressure, laid out the quality, showed us the sale price, the quality, we saw the value was there, very satisfied.
