I had great personal service this afternoon (04-30-25) at the North Olmsted location. I bought a bicycle carrier for my truck yesterday and changed my mind on the type. I returned the carrier and shopped for a tray-style carrier. I did not get the gentleman's name but he demonstrated the use of a tray carrier and described features of different models. I appreciate very much his time as the store was quite busy.

At last!! A full service specialty shop that supports cyclists of all levels and interests. Eddy's has a wide selection of bikes, gear and accessories! We just got some new bike shorts for our Bike and Barge trip in France. 🇫🇷 They have a Dressing Rooms, so no guessing about what fits. And YES they have Ebikes, too!

Because Brian was very knowledgeable about the Trek bike and mountain bikes in general . I’m excited to ride my Trek bike. I was able to get it in red and added a water holder , cell phone holder , bell, and lights. And they had a spring sale !
