I worked with Josh on an exchange after realizing my recently purchased bike was probably too big for me. He and another gentleman (I have sadly lost the name) helped me review everything about the bike again and took some extra time to really help me adjust things to better fit me along with providing me some information I could use in the future should I feel more adjustments are needed.
The entire process was very smooth. As a new customer, I was a bit hesitant to be coming back in with problems so soon, but everyone I have worked with at Eddy's so far, from initial purchase to my second visit for the exchange have been incredibly patient and customer service focused. They definitely want us to be happy not only with our purchase, but with our entire experience once we're out riding as well. I would definitely recommend Eddy's to others just as they were recommended to me.

Staff is educated on products/ accessories and friendly. We needed new bike seat for our granddaughter and sales person helped us find the right size and offered to put it on for us. It seems to work as I see her flying down the street now on the bike. Thank you for such great service and quality products.
