Friendly knowledgeable staff. I especially liked that the sales staff were not pushy and very helpful in selecting a new bike. (Chris) Mac was great! The shop was also super quick in attaching the several accessories we purchased. We arrived at 430pm and were out in an hour with our new bike and all the bells and whistles!
