Eddys was able to get me a hard-to-find bike - Trek Verve. Thomas was very helpful. After seeing how a bike rack attached to my car, I was able to exchange it right then for something lighter/easier.

I have been to Eddy's twice within the past week.Both times I was in NEED of 'TODAY' repairs. Mike (first visit) and Steven (second) were fantastic to interact with and clearly displayed they were EXCELLENT with their understanding my needs to get what needed to be done..DONE! In and out same day. (Unheard of anywhere else.
I did have time to check out the shop and was..well..quite simply--amazed at the advancements in equipment, accessories, quite literally EVERYTHING.
Would I recommend Eddy's to family/friends/strangers..already have! When I find a place like you have, I'm very 'vocal' about it. A very impressive operation and outstanding people to get to know!

Dan was a great help when we first stopped to look at e-bikes and when we returned he was again very supportive. Tom also provided a few good suggestions when we retuned to pick up our new toys.
