Every time I go into the store the staff helps me quickly find what I need. When I have a technical question, they get me the answer promptly. When I recently stopped in with a question about my rear brake, I expected to need to make an appointment and come back another time. To my surprise, they said they could take a look at it right then. Had it repaired in 30 minutes! Very pleased!

Your repair staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Your sales staff has been more attentive to customers in my experience this past year. Previously, (over a year ago) I had difficulty getting attention and assistance at both the Willoughby and North Olmsted locations.
My more recent experiences have been much better at both of these locations as well as at the Peninsula location. I miss the Sweet Corn ride.

Really appreciate the time and effort from the service team after a small issue with a new purchase. They were prompt in helping with a warranty issue, made sure everything was perfect when all was said and done, and were always quick to help me tweak and optimise my new bike anytime I popped in. Tristan and Jackson both did a lot on my behalf with Trek and I appreciate the extra mile they went for me.

Looking for a 2nd 3 wheeler to use as a spare when my greenspeed is in for a repair or new tires which has been quite often this season. You had a used Terra trike that suited my needs.
The team went above and beyond to have my bike tuned up and replacement parts ready the day after Labor Day so that I could ride the C&O and GAP Rails to Trails thank you!!!!!
