We took my e bike in for service after I wiped out on some gravel and the two men working there cleaned it up and realigned it immediately. I bought a new seat and the gentleman installed it on my bike immediately. Friendly and fast service
I can’t express how professional and efficient. The service department is at Eddies recently. I had to stop in while on a ride and they quickly replaced my rear brake pads on my disc brakes. I was able to get back on the road within 15 minutes big shout out to JB. He is the heartbeat of the service department

Helpful staff, good products
We needed a warranty repair on my son’s bike and they did it right away, using parts they had in stock that were an upgrade from the original. The mechanic and staff were super nice and offered to help us several times as we browsed while we waited for the repair.

The rest of the staff seemed very friendly and did not try to pressure the customers in the store. They were ready to answer questions when approached yet they were not crowding customers.
