Customer service is great. I had a blown tube on the rear tire of my bike. I did not have an appointment but they fixed it and had me on my way in less than 20 minutes.

They completed the repair within 24 hours, and I was back to riding comfortably with confidence knowing the work was done professionally by experts. I highly recommend Eddy’s to anyone in need of repairs or looking to upgrade their bike.
The staff were friendly and helpful. We came in to see about an ebike for my 13 year old son, and Joey took the time to educate about the legal considerations for the different classes of ebikes and helped me to convince my son that getting one where the throttle could be disabled until he is older was the right approach. Pickup of the bike as great too. The rep took the time to assist with helmet fit, installing the trackinig device and bottle clip, and lodading into the car. Thanks for the great service.
