Knowlegable people, great service. I brought a trike that needed a flat tire fixed. When I told them that I drove an hour to get there, they fixed it while I waited.

Trek brand quality and staff knowledge
Staff did a fabulous job of repairing my bike (new tires, tubes and chain plus overall tube-up). Looks and rides like brand new! And, had the bike ready two weeks earlier than expected.
The staff is great, service was done well and ahead of schedule. I got a text as soon as it was done so was able to work picking it up into my schedule. Just a fun, great place to go for bikes (purchased a Trek Checkpoint there last fall), service and gear!
