I was at the Rocky River store on 07-17 and purchased a pair of Pearl Izumi Shorts. When I tried them on at home, I noticed that they did not fit like the other two pairs of the same shorts that I have been wearing for some time. I tried to return them to the North Olmsted store and was directed to return them to Rocky River because the computer systems at both stores were different. No problem as both stores are close by, and the return was seemingly entered in the computer at Rocky River. In both stores, I received the help that I needed and a new pair of 2XL shorts was located at the Stow store by Thomas at North Olmsted and he requested that they be sent up to the store and that he would contact me when received. At this point, I am happy, however, I am still waiting to see the credit of $91.80 on My VISA card and hope it shows up soon.

Sales was great my family purchased 6 bikes in 3 weeks
I took my bike in for a new inner tube and asked them if they could change my bike chain. My wheel needed to be replaced since it was worn out. The fix was super fast and my bike is working great!

I was looking at two completely different bikes meant for different purposes. It didn't matter to me but the sales person recommended the cheaper one to suit my needs. He could have sold me a much more expensive bike but wanted to make sure I got the right one for me. I'm going back next week when I get my bonus to get my new bike.

The service was very friendly and you all looked at my bike immediately, whereas I thought it would be a drop off and wait situation. The person helping asked questions and after not riding for a long time I left encouraged to get back on the bicycle! I even rode home.
