I’ve used Eddy’s repeatedly this spring and summer for a series of unfortunate flat tires. The last time I came in, I asked if I could learn how to change my flat by myself so if I’m out on the road alone I could help myself. They showed me right away. They didn’t have to do that, but they did. This type of customer service is a lost art and I deeply appreciated it.

The major repair on my bike completed in December 2024 was good. But, when I started riding in the Spring, I realized the rear wheel was left misaligned as a result of the repair. I brought the bike back in and they immediately rectified the situation at no cost. The bike is now in tip top shape! Thanks, Eddy’s!

Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. There were a few people in line in front of me, and I observed the service and sales personnel interacting with a wide range of knowledge bases with each customer. (Seemingly, semi-pro riders and then us who haven't been on a bike in years.) My son and I felt good talking with people and very welcome. He's five, and the service person engaged with him, and it was a pleasure to be there.

The technician on the performed the tune up on custom built bike was knowledgeable about the equipment on the bike. He was friendly and professional.
The rest of the staff seemed very friendly and did not try to pressure the customers in the store. They were ready to answer questions when approached yet they were not crowding customers.
I had an issue with my bike. The team at Eddys quickly diagnosed the problem and provided a fair price and timeline to fix. They turned my bike around in 3 days, 2 days earlier then promised. Overall, very satisfied and would highly recommend.
