I went in for service, Owen my mechanic explained everything that I needed, ordered my parts and when they came in he got them installed in a timely manner and everything is working great.

This is the type of place where you know you’re getting value out of what you’re buying, they’re not trying to upsell you and their prices are the same as the big box places like REI so support local and shop here instead!

Excellent customer service. Mitch explained everything about the bike to me, including detailed instructions for shifting, lubricating the chain, taking the tire off, and really took his time making sure I was happy and had the right size bike. He also explained safety features of different helmets, made recommendations for locks, water bottle, lights, etc. Rather than high pressure sales tactics, he was more of a consultant and helped me figure out what was best for me.

My salesman John was fantastic to work with!! I accidentally purchased and picked up the wrong bike for my daughter and didn’t realize it until I got home. I found the bike she wanted on their website and when I called I was told it’s in stock so we headed to Eddies. Ironically the bikes were the exact same color and size and due to the sale price on the bike she wanted being the same as the other bikes original price it just did register in my head to double check the model number. I immediately called John and he checked the inventory at their other location and said yes we do still have that bike and then brought in the right bike that I intended to purchase. Eddies Bike Shop was extremely helpful and understanding of the situation and went above and beyond to complete my purchase as originally intended. The Bike Mechanics were also outstanding in setting up a second bike for me. Kudos to Eddies Bike Shop Team for providing exceptional service!!!!
