Great experience buying bikes at Eddy’s! Frank was very helpful and patient throughout the process. He explained the options clearly and helped us choose the right bikes for our needs. Knowledgeable and helpful staff
You had the product I needed. I didn’t want to use amazon or another online site for my purchase as I prefer to buy from local shops. It would help if the three employees at the register would greet their customers when they enter the store. I looked around, didn’t think I saw what I needed and was about to leave when an employee asked if I needed help. He took me to the spot I was looking at but wasn’t sure it would work, assured me it was what I was looking for so I made the purchase. I was going to hit up another store but ended up getting the right product.
Service team is always prompt & handles our repairs when/how they said they would.

The service was consistently great from the initial phone call to inquire of the services up to and including when I arrived for an evaluation of our bikes and thereafter when I was notified that the services were completed.
The gentleman who evaluated the bikes upon arrival (same one who accepted my call the day prior) thoroughly explained what he recommended in addition to the tune-up I requested.
When I came to pick them up, it was a smooth transaction. Having two bikes another associate assisted me to get them outside to rack for transport.
