I went in once to ask questions and the next to purchase an e-bike for my son. I was fortunate to deal with the same associate both times because he knew what I was looking for and my concerns and answered any questions or concerns my son had as well. Helped us find a helmet my son liked and lights for the bike. I loved all the different options we had to choose from and the time the staff took with us we never felt rushed.

Eddy's has always been a staple in our community. I've been buying from Eddy's since I was a kid. It's a much better experience than going to a big box store. You know the quality of the bikes they sell are much higher than what you would get at one of the other places. We visited this past weekend to get a bike for my son for his birthday. Our sales rep Chris was more than helpful and answered all of my questions.

Prompt service with very helpful service employee who answered questions and explained requested repair to my satisfaction. Would definately recommend Eddy's for service. I have not had experience with purchasing a bike at your store, however, if sales personnel are as helpful as service department, I will have no reservations in regard to buying a bike at Eddy's in the future.
