Great service. You guys aren't cheap, but there is plenty of staff, I never have to wait, and my repair was done by the technician on the spot while I was waiting, whereas I had expected to have to make another trip to pick my bike up.
A wide variety of bikes are offered and the sales are not pressured to buy the most expensive, but the best one for us.

A full service bike shop thats open eveyday. Due to their overwhelming maintenance requests they have a backlog of work that will delay the return of your bike in a timely manner.

As someone who has not rode a bike since I was a teenager, I had a slight idea of what I was looking for based on research but was largely going in blind. Chris spent several hours with me working through all of my questions, sizing, and necessities to go along with my new bike. Chris is very professional and knowledgeable which made me all the more confident in my purchase. I got my bike yesterday and immediately took it out for the first ride and was very happy with it. I would absolutely recommend Eddy's Bike Shop Stow and will certainly be back. They've got everything you need and then some!

You are the only local bike shop to carry a line of trkes(Terra Trikes). I do recommend to people who see my trike to visit Eddie's to get the feel of a trike. On the other hand, I am disappointed that you will not even put a chain on a bike you did not sell. Why not tell everybody nobody will work on a bike you sell.

I just bought a bike at a yard sale. I needed someone to go over it, as it was unlike my former bike. Matt in service explained to me details that I would not have known to ask or to try to look up. He fitted my new (used) bike with an appropriate kickstand and new pedals and straightened out the handlebar alignment.
The stop to inquire turned into much more, and I am very grateful to him and Eddy's for the explanations and service.
