Great, friendly service from those in the shop.
Every single time that I've needed something bike related, I've always been met with staff who knew exactly what to inform me about my product choices. I think I've bought 4 bikes from Eddy's over the years - my last one being a Specialized Diverge Comp 7 years ago. I still buy other cycling accessories from Eddy's, most recently a Kuat Sherpa 2.0 rack. I've always been treated w/the utmost professionalism & courtesy & it's hard to even think about another bike shop given my experiences w/Eddy's.
This is the best bike shop. Had a problem with some squeaky disk brakes on a bike I bought there 2 years ago. I stopped by and showed it to the guys at the shop. The pads had something on them that couldn't be removed, the guy slipped on new pads real quick while I was there and didn't charge me labor. In the meantime I was out in the showroom looking at a couple of bikes I was thinking about getting. I had two salesman helping me, giving me all sorts of information that I needed without pressure selling me. They also got both bikes out and ready for a test drive. I will buy one of these bikes this month, it will be my six bike I bought here over the years. You go anywhere else and you're making a mistake. They have the biggest and best selection and the best service department of any bike shop I've ever been in.
Jackson is trustworthy and extremely experienced and professional in how he’s helped me with all my bike serving issues. Only reason I keep coming back to eddys bike shop for services is because of his customer service and experience.

Took my bike in to replace a broken spoke. Ended up with the full elite service as well after what I felt was an honest evaluation on the condition of my bike. The full service was completed early and I was made aware that the bike was ready for p/u.

They went beyond their comfort zone to assist a senior disabled multi generational customer. Our UpWalker has handbrakes like a bicycle but they do not have an official repair service in Ohio. Eddy’s diagnosed it as a broken brake cable, told me what size I needed to order and except for one young man on the phone that was rude twice, worked with us when the wrong cable was delivered. My husband with Parkinson’s can walk and stop safely again. Hurray Eddy’s!! For realizing customers do progress from training wheels to triathlons to walkers. DK
