Needed a hard case to transport my bike on an airplane. Jimmy, from the Stow location, was extremely helpful and patient with tips on packing the bike properly which I am very grateful. Not being from the Stow area, Jimmy had the bike box sent to the Willoughby location where I was helped with the rental procedure.The bike made it to my destination and back home in great condition. TSA did inspect the case on the way out but not on the way back. Thanks again for all of your help.

Knowledgeable staff and large selection of bikes.
Service dept. did a great job on my wheel. Bearings needed to be replaced. Hard to get parts due to the age of the wheel. Jim explained to me what was neede to fix it. Did a great job on it. It now runs very smooth with no more crazy sounds coming out of it. Now I don't have to buy new wheels! Thanks service dept!

I brought my bike in today with a flat read tire &’a slightly misaligned handlebar. A member of the repair staff checked me in & got right on it. Tire repaired in less than 10 minutes & handlebar dealt with in 5 minutes more. I barely had time to wander the store & find new things I could use as my bike. And the work was free of charge.
