Tristan was a professional, personable, knowledgeable sales representative. He's the kind of young man that our firm hired for leadership positions. He was patient and answered questions about the different bicycles. He was understanding and helpful after a different location tried to sell me a bike that was two sizes too small for me. I couldn't have asked for a better sales representative than Tristan. This location also has a great selection of bikes and accessories. It's further than two other locations, but I will drive the extra distance for excellent service.

Your team was amazing! I brought my own saddle and they put it on the bike, walked me through the e-bike set up and we took care of getting me the right accessories. I am just recovering from knee replacement on both knees, so have not been on a bike in way too long, your team got me set up and riding. Got home and took a few spins and cannot say how amazing it feels to be on the move again. Thank you to your team for having the patience to get me there.
