Excellent customer service. Someone from the staff greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and showed me a few bikes based on my needs and price range. Once I narrowed the search down to a few bikes I was introduced to John who is a former triathlete and lifelong bike rider. He answered all of my questions, made a few suggestions, and picked out a bike for me to take a test ride on. John was very patient and gave me time to decide without making a high pressure sales pitch.
Staff are attentive, no pressure to purchase. They are very knowledgable about bikes, components, etc.

Easy-going non-commission salespersons. Very knowledgeable & helpful. Free set-up & first year tuning on bike (and e-bike) purchases. And at same prices as online! After this purchase & experience I wish I'd purchased my previous bikes & e-bikes here instead of on-line. Ride before you buy and the confidence that the bike will be correctly maintained is a huge advantage!

We stopped in to find some gear for my upcoming 1st triathlon and we met Evan who put me in an awesome helmet and some other gear and told us about services they provide where you can bring your bike to the shop and they can look it over and see if it needs adjustments. So happy he did because we came back with my new bike a couple days later and it needed a few adjustments and some tightening. During both our visits at Eddy's with Evan he also gave my husband and I fantastic advice and guidance on my bike and future purchases as I got into my new journey of becoming a triathlete. We highly recommend the Eddy's and most definitely Evan as he is very well educated in his craft and supportive in your journey.
