I thought my salesperson went above and beyond in her customer service. She double checked the in house inventory to locate a large GIO bike helmet for my Son who was leaving the next day on a long bike trip. I want my Son to be safe and she provided important information about the high level of safety technology associated with the GIO bike helmet I purchased. She did an excellent job and I’m thankful for her help!

The service team has been exceptionally helpful, I really appreciate the time spent on the estimates for repair. They finished when they said they would finish and I have two more bikes in for repair now. It’s it’s right around the corner in the kitchen if you walk into the kitchen like from that side, it’s on the left-hand side.
