Amazing service is the reason why I purchased not one but two bikes. The staff made sure that I had all the accessories needed. Their knowledge and willingness to help is something that you don’t see very often.
Not to mention, I don’t think that there are many reputable shops that offer such a vast selection of bikes or even accessories.
The team at Eddy’s is solid. I came in thinking I needed to replace my seat post. The staff member cleaned, readjusted and replaced the seat post to my bike. This took at least 15 minutes. I wasn’t even charged. 10/10 service. I bought a pair of gloves and water bottle and will be back for my next repair. Thank you!
Went to the bike shop thinking I would need to exchange a part for my daughters bike, but instead the bike technician showed me the piece I was missing and explained to me how to install it. The technician also went on to say that if I had any further questions they'd be happy to answer them as I begin being self-sufficient and fixing my own children's bikes. Every time I go into the shop everyone is super-friendly and helpful and goes out of their way to hear my concerns and questions and make the process better.
Everyone was nice, even though they were really busy they stopped to let me know that they’ll be with me and got me in and out quick.

I went in for a small repair (battery replacement). The gentleman who helped me was very knowledgeable and replaced the battery in a few minutes. My total cost was $4.25 or so.

Products and services are great but it’s the people that work there (previously century cycles people) that make it THE BEST!!! Happy that Eddy’s has kept the location and wonderful people.
One of the mechanics helped me find the right crank pull tool to purchase for my job and showed me how to use it. I will make a point to return to Eddy’s in RR for all of my biking needs. Thanks!
