Friendly staff, open lines of communication, good stock, willing to special order items. I've purchased three bikes from them over the years and the staff always provides great service for those and our other bikes.

Quick, easy turn around to get me back on the trails the next day. Evan even helped me pick up some new pedals while I was in so I stop banging up my shins sliding off.
Bonus points for being dog friendly, 12/10 would bring bike and dog back in.
