Your service people were very knowledgeable. And explained everything that was going to be taken care of with my bike. It turned out very good. I do have one complaint though, it would be very good if you have someone to accompany your customer to and from their cars to make sure they have no problem with removing their or putting them back into their cars. I know that this is a courticy but it would be helpful.
I really value the thoughtful, personalized service. I've shopped at the North Olmsted and Stow locations, and on every visit the staff members I dealt with were knowledgeable and able to make helpful suggestions.
These guys know their products well! I needed to replace my aluminum 2 dirt bike rack with a smaller, light weight one to hook on my SUV. They showed me two that would be what I was looking for, then ordered the one I liked to come in that week to their store. I bought it for my electric mountain bikes and it is perfect!
I came in to the store to buy a bike seat. I was assisted by a very friendly person who provided excellent assistance.
We were on an out of state trip to Ohio with our bike group. I had a breakdown on my bike when we were in Berlin Ohio so I needed the part before our next ride at our next campground location in Streetsboro Ohio. I called Eddie's as it was the nearest Trek dealer to our new destination campsite on wednesday and they special ordered the part from Trek in Wis. The part arrived in Stow on Friday in time for me to install the part and ride with the group again on Saturday morning first thing.
