Went into the store to get a new rack bag and left with the replacement part to fix the existing bag instead which was much less expensive. Great example identifying the real issue and solving it in a way that benefits the customer.

The repairs got done sooner than expected. My granddaughter was so excited to get her bike back. The employees were very friendly. They have a wide variety of all sizes of bikes. I would consider purchasing an electric bike from there.

We were greeted immediately upon entering the store by an employee. When Dan, our salesman became available he assisted us and encouraged us to try the bikes out that we were interested in. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Once we selected the best bike for us, he assisted us in purchasing the accessories we wanted.
Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Explained the differences between types of bike pumps and helped me make a wise choice. If you have a certain bike in mind that you like, they'll find the perfect fit for you.
They did a brake job for me and it was finished in a matter of hours. Would.have been faster, but understandably there was other jobs ahead of mine. But still.same day. They even added a colored brake cable end to match my bike. Nice touch! Thanks guys! You Rock!
