The staff was great and very helpful. I told them exactly what I was looking for in a bike and my goals, and they pointed me in the right direction. They have a great finance system so I didn't got completely broke paying for a bike. When I ordered my bike and pedals they forgot to give me the attached cleats for the shoes but fixed that immediately with my next visit. Great service and knowledge.
Andre was awesome!! Very responsive to my request to get my bike looked over asap and got me on the trail!! He’s now my bike guy, will be seeing him again very soon!!

Gavin (from the Stow store) was very patient and explained many different options of bikes to me and I ultimately chose one that I love! I came back multiple times to check things out and he was never pushy, always had a positive attitude and was informative.
I live in Northern Virginia but was visiting the NE Ohio area for 2 weeks in August. I'm looking for a new road bike and visited Eddie's in Stow to look at the Trek Domane bikes. George was the one who helped me and he provided really excellent service. He was extremely knowledgeable about the Domane and other Trek bikes and answered all my questions about the SL6, which I test rode, which happened to be on sale, he pointed out. Very, very helpful!
I was interested in the bike but am still considering the SL7, which is on hold for me at the Trek store near my home. But I really appreciated in being able to test ride the SL6. If I lived closer, I think I may have returned to buy it.
I also want to show my appreciation to Cody and Ron and the Peninsula Eddie's shop. I came off the towpath with my Salsa steel frame bike and knew there was something wrong with the disc brakes on the bike. Cody did a quick fix on the brakes without charge. I appreciated it.
Ron shared useful information about his Trek Checkpoint bike, which he let me ride.
Cody and Ron are the ones who recommended I talk to George at the Stow shop.
