Staff directed me to the bike I wanted made useful recommendations. Very friendly and knowledgeable.
The service tech was very knowledgeable. He said he could replace the bearings in my bike's pedal assembly. He also pointed out several other small fixes to things I wasn't aware of. I left my bike to be repaired and it was ready for pickup in a week and a half as promised.

Tom was very helpful and went above and beyond in helping us pick out the e- bikes that were just right for us. He spent a great amount of time with us sharing his knowledge of the bikes. We test rode several different bikes and he even rode with us. He went out of his way to research and look up information for us. When we picked up our bikes, he took a great amount of time going over everything.
